Everyone says take GLP-1s once a week since the half-life is 6 days instead of microdosing. I've done it both ways. 9 out of 10 times, microdosing wins. Less fatigue, less nausea, and no hunger creeping back on days 5-6. It's more stable, but try both before you decide.
