Yesterday was a busy day for the crew at Brightlingsea. The day consisted of them attending two incidents as well as a training exercise with other station in the evening as part of the crews ongoing training and development. This concluded a busier month for the station.
On Monday Brightlingsea’s crew were delayed attending reports of smoke coming from Sydney Street due to the way cars parked.
Fortunately this turned out to be a false alarm but it took the fire engine 15mins more than it should have to negotiate cars and wait for people to move.
