<5편 : Unicornverse의 실체를 낱낱히 알려드립니다.> 그리고 저처럼 Unicornverse와 Unicorn X로 인해 고통 받고 계신 피해자 분들을 모집합니다. 저는 그간 4개의 글을 통해 @unicornverse_io @unicornxdex 및 @A_unicornverse 와의 대화를 시도하였습니다. <1편 : 장기 홀더로써 믿음의 결과는 무려 -93.3% 손실!! > x.com/glenfiddich_18… <2편 : 본인들이 투자한 코인을 매수하라고 한 Unicall> x.com/glenfiddich_18… <3편 : <답장은 커녕 앱을 중단시킨 Unicornverse> x.com/glenfiddich_18… <4편 : 싱가포르에 대해 잘 아는 변호사형들 도와줘> x.com/glenfiddich_18… 하지만 저는 아무런 답변도 받지 못하였고, 그 결과 돌아온건 사전공지 없는 서비스 중단 그래도 Web3 커뮤니티에 계시는 많은 형님들께서 도와주신 덕분에 더 많은 사람들이 유니콘버스에 대해 어느정도 알게 되신 것 같습니다. 제가 1~4편 글을 작성하면서 느낀 그들의 실체에 대해 요약해서 올려보겠습니다. 1⃣ Unicornverse : 겉은 화려하지만 내부는?? @unicornverse_io 는 본인들이 "투자회사"라고 홈페이지에 공개하고 있으나, 실제 회사 이름이 유니콘버스는 아니고 2018. 9. 18일 싱가포르에 설립된 SETTINGIT UNICORN PTE. LTD. 로 추정됩니다. 상기 회사는 2013년 설립된 SETTINGIT Group의 자회사로 보여지며, 이 회사의 CEO는 @unicornverse_io 의 파운더인 @A_unicornverse 로 Chang Ziting 입니다. * 출처 : digitalinnovatesummit.com/speakers @unicornverse_io 는 본인들이 어느정도의 자금 여력이 된다는 것을 간접적으로 나마 어필하였습니다. 그 임대료 비싼 싱가포르에 사무실이 있으며 스스로 High-quality office 라고 보란듯이 자랑도 하였네요. 또한, Token2049에서는 VVIP Dinner도 개최하고, @A_unicornverse 는 참석한 VVIP를 대상으로 Speech도 진행하였네요. 이렇게 자금력이 풍부는 @unicornverse_io 가 직접 만든 DEX가 바로 @unicornxdex 입니다. Unicorn X App을 통해 가입을 하게 되면, 개인별 EVM 및 SOL wallet이 생성되고, wallet 주소로 USDT 등을 deposit하여 거래를 하게 됩니다. 그들은 Unicall이라는 시스템을 만들었는데요, 간략히 설명드리면 1) @unicornxdex는 특정 날짜와 시간에 AMA를 진행하고 이후 Unicall을 진행하겠다고 공지합니다. 2) 유저들은 AMA를 들으면서 Unicorn 앱을 통해 대기하다가 Unicall 버튼이 뜨는 순간에 즉시 매수를 시도합니다. 문제는 이러한 구조에서는 해당 프로젝트에 대한 정보를 확인할 시간 자체가 없다는 것입니다. 1초만 늦어도 급등한 가격에 진입할 수밖에 없기 때문입니다. 언뜻 보면 문제 없어 보이는 프로세스 일수도 있으나, Unicall을 하기 직전에 내부자로 보이는 지갑이 Unicall 발표 전 198 BNB를 사용해 $ZKWASM을 매수하여 12초 만에 약 $109,000 의 이득을 얻었죠. 제가 여러차례 공식적으로 그 지갑은 누구것인지 문의하였으나 어떠한 답변도 받지 못했습니다. 2⃣ Unicornverse 도 피해자? NO 언뜻보면 @unicornxdex 와 @unicornverse_io 가 유저들을 대상으로 에어드랍을 진행하였기에 그들도 피해자라는 의견도 존재합니다. 과연 그럴까요?? Unicall로 선정된 프로젝트*는 모두 @unicornverse_io 가 이미 투자한 프로젝트입니다. * $FAIR3, $TAG, $MORE, $CYC, $ZKWASM 해당 내용은 unicornverse.capital/portfolio 에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 자신들이 설계한 Unicall 시스템을 통해 자신들이 투자한 코인의 가격을 단기간에 급등시킨 구조는 과연 정상일까요? 우리나라 금융시장에서는 이러한 방식은 충분히 시세조작 논란을 일으킬 수 있습니다. 과연 @unicornverse_io 는 $FAIR3, $TAG, $MORE, $CYC, $ZKWASM 투자를 진행하면서 얼마에 진입하였을까요? 제 생각으로는 그들이 진행한 Unicall 가격보다는 낮은 가격에 투자했을 가능성이 훨씬 높아 보입니다. 아무리 생각해도 @unicornverse_io 가 저와 같이 평범한 Web3 유저를 '이용'했다는 생각을 계속하게 되네요. 3⃣ 사전 공지 없는 서비스 중단 -> 유저 자산가치 폭락 정말 영세한 중소기업이라 할지라도 본인들이 스스로 서비스를 종료하는 경우 고객(유저)에게 사전에 안내하는 것이 일반적이자 상식이고 상도덕 입니다. 하지만 @unicornxdex 는 어떠한 사전 공지도 없이 유저들이 이용하는 Unicorn X 앱을 통한 접속을 중단시켰습니다. 이 때 무슨일이 일어났을까요? $BTC가 90K에서 84K까지 폭락하였고 Unicorn X를 통해 투자한 유저들은 접속도 못한채 자산가치가 폭락하였습니다. 정말 이게 정상적인 운영입니까? @unicornxdex 의 이러한 행태로 많은 유저들이 큰 피해를 입었습니다. 정상적인 CEX나 DEX의 경우에는 본인들의 과실로 서비스가 어쩔 수 없이 중단된 경우에도 피해를 보상하는 것이 일반적입니다. 지난 미국-중국 무역갈등으로 인해 MM에 문제가 발생한 Binance와 같은 CEX 뿐만 아니라 Lighter, Edge X와 같은 DEX도 그렇게 진행했죠. 하지만 @unicornxdex 는 외부요인도 아닌 단순 내부요인에 의해 일방적으로 서비스를 중단시켰습니다. 이로 인해 유저들은 $BTC가 폭락하는 와중에도 손절 등의 거래를 할 수도 없었습니다. 이게 유저들을 위하고, 장기홀더에 대한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다는 '투자회사'의 행위일까요? 아니 이 회사가 이러한 DEX를 운영할 능력이 있었다고 보이시나요? 저 같은 피해자가 다시는 발생하지 않도록 계속하여 이들의 실체를 밝히는 글을 앞으로도 쓰려고 합니다. 마지막으로 @unicornxdex @unicornverse_io 의 Unicall 등으로 인해 저처럼 피해를 입으신 분들은 DM 부탁 드립니다. 또한, WEB3를 사랑하는 유저분들과 KOL 분들께서도 UnicornX의 이러한 유저 기만행위에 대해 최대한 많은 사람들이 알 수 있도록 널리 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. @zetman_eth @Starsupport_tg @superJinee @wonseok_2 @0xKae_ @AWeb3Going @Kiki_Tseng_ @RichardRSong --------------------------------------------------- <第5篇：揭露 Unicornverse 的真实面目> 同时，我正在寻找和我一样 因 Unicornverse 和 Unicorn X 而受到损失、正在承受痛苦的受害者。 如果你也遇到类似的情况， 欢迎与你取得联系，我们一起收集信息、互相支持， 并共同采取下一步的行动。 过去几天里，我通过四篇帖子试图与 @unicornverse_io、@unicornxdex 以及 @A_unicornverse 进行沟通： 第1篇：作为长期持有者，我的信任换来的是 -93.3% 的亏损！！ x.com/glenfiddich_18… 第2篇：让用户买入他们自己早已投资过的项目——Unicall 的真相 x.com/glenfiddich_18… 第3篇：别说回应了，Unicornverse 直接停掉了 App x.com/glenfiddich_18… 第4篇：熟悉新加坡法规的律师大佬们，请帮帮我 x.com/glenfiddich_18… 但我一次回应也没有得到， 取而代之的是 毫无预警的服务中断。 幸好 Web3 社区里许多朋友的帮助， 越来越多人开始了解到 Unicornverse 的问题。 下面我将我在写 1~4 篇过程中 逐渐看清的 Unicornverse “真实面貌”做一个总结。 1⃣ Unicornverse：外表光鲜，但内部……？ @unicornverse_io 自称为“投资公司”， 但真正的法人实体似乎并不是 Unicornverse， 而是 SETTINGIT UNICORN PTE. LTD.， 2018年9月18日注册于新加坡。 该公司似乎是 2013年成立的 SETTINGIT Group 的子公司， CEO 是 @unicornverse_io 的创始人 @A_unicornverse —— Chang Ziting。 来源: digitalinnovatesummit.com/speakers @unicornverse_io 还曾间接地展示过资金实力， 比如在昂贵的新加坡租下办公室，还称之为 “High-quality office”。 他们甚至在 Token2049 举办 VVIP 晚宴， @A_unicornverse 也为到场的 VVIP 发表演讲。 拥有如此“雄厚资金”的他们， 打造了自己的 DEX：@unicornxdex。 在 Unicorn X App 中注册后， 用户会得到 EVM 和 SOL 钱包， 充值 USDT 后即可交易。 同时，他们设计了 Unicall 系统： Unicorn X 宣布 AMA，并在特定时间进行 Unicall。 用户在 AMA 中等待，一旦按钮出现就立刻买入。 问题在于： 用户根本没有时间研究项目。 晚一秒就高位接盘。 虽然看起来像是正常流程， 但—— 在 Unicall 公布前，一只疑似内部人士的钱包 用 198 BNB 买入 $ZKWASM， 并在 12 秒内卖出，获利约 10.9 万美元。 我多次公开询问该钱包属于谁， 但没有任何回应。 2⃣ Unicornverse 也是受害者？不可能。 有人说 Unicornverse 和 Unicorn X 给用户发了空投，所以他们也是受害者。 真的吗？ 所有被选入 Unicall 的项目 都是 Unicornverse 早已投资过的项目： $FAIR3、$TAG、$MORE、$CYC、$ZKWASM 可在此核实： unicornverse.capital/portfolio 他们用自己设计的 Unicall 把自己持有的代币价格迅速拉高—— 请问这正常吗？ 在我们国家，这种方式完全可能被视为 操纵市场 的嫌疑。 Unicornverse 在这些项目上的建仓成本是多少？ 我认为远低于他们自己安排的 Unicall 价格。 越想越觉得 Unicornverse 只是“利用”了像我一样的普通 Web3 用户。 3⃣ 未经通知的服务中断 → 用户资产暴跌 即使是一家小公司，如果要关闭服务， 提前告知客户都是最基本的职业操守。 但 Unicorn X 却 毫无预警 直接暂停了 Unicorn X App 的登录。 结果是什么？ BTC 从 90K 跌到 84K， 而通过 Unicorn X 投资的用户 连登录都无法登录， 眼睁睁看着资产暴跌。 这算什么正常运营？ 由于 Unicorn X 的行为， 无数用户遭受重大损失。 正规的 CEX 或 DEX 如果因为自身原因导致服务异常， 都会对用户做出赔偿。 即使是 Binance 在美中冲突期间 因做市问题出现故障，也主动赔偿用户。 DEX 例如 Lighter、Edge X 也这样做。 但 Unicorn X 却因内部原因单方面关停， 导致用户在 BTC 暴跌时 无法卖出或止损。 这就是他们口中的“长期持有者支持”？ 这种公司真的具备运营 DEX 的能力？ 为了避免再出现像我这样的受害者， 我会继续写文揭露他们的真相。 最后，如果你也因 Unicorn X 或 Unicornverse 的 Unicall 而遭受损失，请给我发 DM。 同时也希望热爱 Web3 的朋友和 KOL 帮助扩散，让更多人看到 UnicornX 对用户的这种不负责任行为 ------------------------------------------ I am also gathering victims who, like me, have suffered losses or are experiencing difficulties because of Unicornverse and Unicorn X. Thankfully, with the help of many people in the Web3 community, more people are now beginning to understand what Unicornverse truly is. Here, I summarize what I have learned about their real nature from writing Parts 1–4. 1⃣ Unicornverse : Flashy on the outside, but what’s inside? Unicornverse publicly calls itself an “investment firm,” but the actual legal entity does not seem to be “Unicornverse.” Instead, it appears to be SETTINGIT UNICORN PTE. LTD., incorporated in Singapore on September 18, 2018. This company appears to be a subsidiary of SETTINGIT Group, established in 2013 and its CEO is Chang Ziting, who is also the founder of Unicornverse. Source: digitalinnovatesummit.com/speakers Unicornverse has also indirectly emphasized its financial capacity— showing off its “high-quality office” in expensive Singapore, posting photos proudly. They even hosted a VVIP Dinner at Token2049, where @A_unicornverse delivered a speech to invited VVIP guests. With such allegedly strong financial backing, they launched their own DEX, Unicorn X. Through the Unicorn X App, users automatically receive EVM and SOL wallets, deposit USDT, and trade. They also created the Unicall system : Unicorn X announces an AMA with a Unicall scheduled at a specific time. Users wait during the AMA, and the moment the Unicall appears, they rush to buy. The problem is: Users have no time to research the project. If you are even one second late, you end up buying at a much higher price. While this may superficially look harmless, Right before a Unicall, an insider-looking wallet purchased 198 BNB worth of $ZKWASM and sold it 12 seconds later for a profit of about $109,000. I repeatedly asked them who owns that wallet. Not a single reply. 2⃣ Is Unicornverse also a victim? Absolutely NOT. Some people claim that since Unicornverse and Unicorn X gave airdrops, they must also be victims. But is that true? Every project selected for a Unicall was ALREADY invested in by Unicornverse : $FAIR3, $TAG, $MORE, $CYC, $ZKWASM This is verified here: unicornverse.capital/portfolio Is it normal for an “investment firm” to design a system that pumps the price of tokens they already hold? In many financial markets, such actions could easily raise market manipulation concerns. At what price did Unicornverse enter $FAIR3, $TAG, $MORE, $CYC, $ZKWASM? Likely far below their own Unicall prices. The more I look at it, the more it feels like Unicornverse simply used ordinary Web3 users like me. 3⃣ Service shutdown without notice → user assets plummet Even a small company typically notifies customers before shutting down its own service. It’s basic professionalism and ethics. But Unicorn X shut down the Unicorn X App with zero warning. What happened then? BTC crashed from 90K to 84K, and users on Unicorn X couldn’t even log in— their assets simply collapsed in value. Is this what you call “proper platform operation”? Because of Unicorn X’s actions, many users suffered severe losses. In normal CEXs or DEXs, if a service outage is caused internally, the platform compensates users. Even Binance compensated users after a market-making issue during the US–China trade tension. DEXs like Lighter and Edge X did the same. But Unicorn X shut down due to their own internal reasons, leaving users unable to even sell while BTC was crashing. Is this how an “investment firm” that claims to care about long-term holders behaves? Do they even appear capable of running a DEX properly?
