🇿🇦 South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says that the country will not abandon its DEI policies, known as “Black Economic Empowerment (BEE).” “Those who say BEE and affirmative action must stop are just dreaming,” he said. South Africa has strict laws that mandate race-based hiring practices. A new law called the Employment Equity Amendment Act sets hiring targets for 2025–2030 across 18 economic sectors. Some workforce targets aim for 90–96% of employees to come from designated groups, which include Black people, women, and people with disabilities (minimum 3%). That means that if a company has more than 5% white men, it could face penalties of up to 10% of its income.

This is illegal Companies cannot hire H-1Bs, etc when there are Americans who can do the job. Tend if thousands of Americans being laid off means there are Americans who can do the job. Hiring foreigners is this illegal The (largely Indian) management team must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and the full fines available (over $300k per individual) for H-1B fraud levied on the company

But before he "turned into every one of your fathers" who complain about Indians taking jobs, he tried to keep his job by saying saying he's Indian and he's fine with getting rid of all the "Crackers". Remigrate him. He can apply for his job again...back in India...with all the Indians who took the job he was doing in the U.S.
