As someone walking around with a “no cure” chronic illness for over a decade I know I can’t be the only one who just don’t wanna have to explain it anymore 😂 like look, I don’t feel good and we can just leave it at that. And … I know people care but it always diverts into the “oh you don’t look sick” or even worse, when they start trying to tell you what to do or eat like you haven’t tried everything or have gone through multiple doctors 😂😂 I know sometimes it comes from a good place but it’s exhausting and I ran out of explaining hours. It’s not you it’s me kinda thing.
