🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE. It’s come to our attention that a large number of users are having trouble importing their wallets into Xverse. Because of this, we’re going to delay the mint by another week (new date to be confirmed soon). I know this is the second delay, and I’m truly sorry about that. We want to make sure everyone who secured a spot actually has a fair chance to mint, and right now too many people are running into issues with the wallet migration. If this applies to you, or if you're unsure which wallet/address you originally submitted or used, please follow these steps: 1. Download the Xverse wallet. 2. Take the inscription quiz again to generate a new code: ordinals.com/inscription/a7… 3. Submit your new code + your Taproot address from Xverse in the #enter-code channel on Discord. 4. Most still don’t understand the impact of ZK tech — let alone what it means for chains that weren’t designed with programmability in mind.
ZK isn’t just about privacy, it’s about architecture.
Architecture that separates execution from settlement — two processes that are historically bundled together on-chain.
With ZK:
▪️Execution can happen off-chain while,
▪️Settlement remains on the base layer
But, what does this all mean? 🧙♂️
For UTXO-based systems like Bitcoin or Litecoin, it means you don’t have to redesign the chain to unlock programmability.
You don't need to compromise its minimalism.
You don't need to add unnecessary complexity to the base layer.
You don't need to force an account-model framework (like ETH) onto a UTXO system.
ZK allows programmable overlays, and decouples execution from settlement. 🟠
The computation happens elsewhere, while the base layer simply verifies the proof.
Security remains intact.
Scalability increases (it's able to bundle thousands of transactions into one small proof).
Functionality expands (UTXO systems can verify external computation without executing it themselves).
Execution ≠ Settlement.

Apprentices — a quick transparency update on the Mage Society launch. 🟠
While moving through the inscription process for the Mage Society collection, we ran into a technical limitation — the background art files exceeded the size constraints required for inscription. The artist had already compressed them to the highest degree possible without sacrificing quality, so the dev team is now working through alternative solutions to ensure the pieces are inscribed properly and permanently.
Because of this, we’ll be shifting the launch from February to March. We're hoping to push out the collection as soon as we possibly can. Delays aren’t ideal. But rushing this would mean compromising something that’s meant to last forever — and that wouldn't do justice to the energy this community has poured into it.
You have all been grinding hard. Showing up. Participating. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed — and they will be rewarded.
We rise soon. 🧙♂️
