He’s already signaled the direction with Warsh at the Fed (shrinking the balance sheet, revised Treasury-Fed accord), the CLARITY Act moving tokenized rails, and the ballroom/COG hardening. This is not about "paying off" the old debt in fiat funny money. It’s about auditing the fraud, nullifying the illegitimate portions, restructuring what remains on sovereign terms, and transitioning fully into the new asset-backed / tokenized system.
The Cabal is terrified because this ends their primary control mechanism the debt slave system that funded black budgets, trafficking tolerance, proxy wars, and narrative warfare for over a century. Their assets in Congress, media, and legacy finance are screaming because they know the old ledger is being replaced.
This is why the ballroom project exists.
This is why the China pivot happened. This is why the files are dropping and the rails are hardening. The transition requires continuity infrastructure when the old system has its final seizure.

An Indian official just publicly said that Indian banks are actively testing XRP Ledger (XRPL) for seamless interbank and cross-border transactions.
India, chairing BRICS in 2026, is leading the BRICS Pay initiative, expected major rollout in 2027, creating next-gen payment rails for BRICS’ global trade, payments and settlement.
Vladimir Putin just disclosed in front of Xi Jinping that Russia and India now settle 96% of trade using local currencies.
Russian Foreign Minister also said a few days ago that BRICS are not against dollar but the SWIFT and dollar system were weapaonized against them and hence they are looking for a neutral blockchain that is not controlled by any party.
Interestingly, BRICS countries piloted XRP Ledger with Ripple years ago.
India and UAE also settled the very first oil-trade transaction with Ripple, using local currencies.
Now, Japan disclosed that they were using XRP for international payments since 2021.
