Just got home from a Switzerland trip over the past week. Finalizing some deals that are going to transform metaverse, gaming, and specifically Star Atlas. None of this will be immediate impact, but will all start materializing over 6-9 months. We’re witnessing the birth of the first Cybernation. A true digital nation state. Coupled with a censorship resistant digital identity powered by @ZinkSVM. Bullish.

I have gone down every avenue that is available to get my channel back, but I’m sorry to say it is gone forever. Ultimately, it was my fault. A combination of a bunch of odd circumstances coming together that caused the termination. It was caused by a 9-day old YouTube channel I made for personal friends to enjoy live music I shared. Unfortunately a major online music magazine discovered my channel, liked it, and put it in a news story. One of the performers I posted was Billy Strings who is on a European tour. The videos I posted of him (from the magazine’s article brining attention) got over 10,000 views overnight. The film crew who filmed the live music performances I posted of him caught wind and filed copyright infringement to YouTube. As a result, all channels connected to my email have been terminated and I’m never allowed to have a YouTube channel again. It was a terrible mistake and I lost almost four years of work and 1000’s of hours of footage. My son lost both his YouTube channels and a lot of his handmade animations that we don’t have copies of. I put a lot of my own money into my channel that I never earned back and chose many weekends not enjoying sun and hiking and building relationships just to make Star Atlas videos. All gone. I’m in a pretty dark place and might take some time to myself to reflect.
