Another day another delay @bt_uk@BTHelpENG we now have to see if our case is closed on Tuesday - no guarantees before a fibre request can be made. This is ridiculous! About to have a baby and no internet to ensure I can contact my husband who works away in the military!
@bt_uk unbelievable service yet again from BT. We could have had fibre from the outset but they didn’t look at properly. Now they can’t order it because our previous order is open on their system! We were told it would close on 24th, 27th then 29th now 30th. Disgusting service!
@BTHelpENG can you point me in the correct direction for help, I have FF 500 and I’m currently only getting between 2 and 15 mbps after a full outage last night…
Does anyone else rate the conversation part of the call they’ve been on rather than rating the call quality? Had a lovely chat with a friend and thought yes, 5 ⭐️'s - call dropped 6 times but it was a wonderful conversation, thanks Messenger/BT wifi! 😆
We’re continuing to cover the cost of calls and texts to Ukrainian numbers for our customers.
Even if a Ukrainian mobile is being used in another country, it won't cost BT customers to stay in touch with loved ones.
We are keeping this under constant review.
