Birth registrations in South Korea increasing by +24.4% in March 2026, and by +14.7% for this year so far.
It may not yet be truly over for South Korea who are now in a better demographic positions than some other East Asian state like Macau & Taiwan.

Unknown as to the % change was to foreign born mothers but it's clear that migrants cannot save Italy..

I know most people distrust Merz on this "promise", however, it's a very bold statement to make and not deliver on in any meaningful way.
He knows that if he fails to deliver on this, he's essentially ceding the next election to the AfD.

@Shifty_Coffee It might be possible with Swedish-like policies. Sweden has seen a net emigration of many of the traditional large refugee groups in the country. The German job market is not attractive to non-natives and the benefits are not THAT good.

@BTM9876 @Shifty_Coffee False. Only around 250k Syrians have a German citizenship. 1 million Syrians don't have a German citizenship. Which means that around 80% of Syrians don't have German citizenship.
