Today, We say goodbye to Nsw Paramedic Steven Tougher. Please pause today to remember Steven, and all emergency service personnel who have passed away in the line of duty. They maybe gone, but will never be forgotten 📷

Sad news to hear of another Emergency Service worker being attacked. A paramedic was stabbed this morning in Western Sydney, and this is NOT OK. Our thoughts are with them and their colleagues, and we hope the judicial system deals with the offender accordingly.

Sadly these issues are worldwide in emergency services, the biggest is denial. I for one, thought I was bulletproof & didn't think a mental health issue would be my downfall. Live & Learn & tell others not to ignore the obvious signs that their bucket is getting full.
