I was talking about this should not be the cops job, there should be a peaceful force that determines if they could help this person first, that should be our cop. If not, then it should be a special type of "cop" that they could call in.

These people need to be treated for their mental problems and get them fixed, or they need to be diagnosed and properly taken care of.
Our government can fix it, but they won't because it's how they get their money/control.
