At 10:45 this morning our beautiful Nugget lost her battle with cancer. A 3rd tumour was found on her spleen😭 we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go to be pain free💔Thank you Nugget for making us laugh everyday for the last 10 years, we will always love you 🥰

One should expect the RABIDLY political Leticia James to see her "CASE" against Donald Trump with its ridiculous nearly half-billion dollar penalty overturned. According to some of the judges' questions in a midlevel appellate panel hearing, there were real concerns about whether Letitia's application of a state consumer fraud law had ANY APPLICABILITY to Trump. This is what I've said from the beginning... After all, if two sophisticated private parties (Trump and Deutsche Bank) agree to a loan with interest... isn't it THEIR PRIVATE MATTER? How and WHY could the state (aka Leticia) be the one to decide what the valuation of Trump's properties (being used to securitize his loan) are worth? And this is exactly what the judges hit on. Justice John Higgitt told the state lawyer: "I'm sorry, what's being described sounds an awful lot like a potential commercial dispute between private actors." BINGO. Another, Justice Peter Moulton said, "There has to be some limitation on what the attorney general can do in interfering in these PRIVATE TRANSACTIONS where people don't claim harm." (capitalizations mine) CORRECT. And, Justice David Friedman said, "You've got two really sophisticated parties in which no one lost any money." WHAT ON EARTH WAS LETICIA UP TO, OTHER THAN.... POLITICS!

Kamala’s interview last night was a reminder that we’re not running against a candidate. We’re running against a *system*. They require a candidate they can control, which means having original ideas is a disqualification. That’s exactly why we get Biden, then Kamala, and so on.
