Take all those studies, the "science" you're talking about and paste them into chatgpt with the following prompt: Evaluate the following study for research quality. Compare it to studies that are widely known to be of high scientific value. Identify any weaknesses or signs of poor methodology. Check for: Study design appropriateness Sample size and representativeness Control groups and confounders Statistical validity and misuse of significance Whether causal claims are made from correlational data Funding sources or ideological bias Missing limitations or alternative explanations

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Don't listen to Dev he's Canadian and retarded. Birthright citizenship relies on the ruling from United States v. Wong Kim Ark. In that case the court said that all children of parents with "permanent domicile and residence in the United States" were citizens. This is the case cited to allow birthright citizenship. Does this sound like what we're doing? If I Chinese woman hires a company in China to fly her to the US so she can give birth only to turn around and return to China the following day with an American citizen child, does she have "permanent domicile and residence in the United States?" If no, then you are on Trumps side.
