I created the Buttcoin.org and ButtcoinFoundation.org websites, I made the @Buttcoin Twitter account and I created the /r/Buttcoin subreddit. This is the only token that has ever gotten and WILL ever get my approval. Period. I have posted proof and screenshots on all my socials. These accounts have never been sold or given away to anyone other than myself, I have always maintained control. Buttcoin is an original creation with 15 years of history and assumed IP rights through verifiable records. The IP is granted to us by default. Now, I have also personally filed for copyright and trademark protection for that IP which provides additional legal protections which will be necessary as we grow larger and larger. But a legal document doesn’t establish IP, it just proves it in a court of law. If you’re looking for a token with IP, or waiting for Buttcoin to “get IP”, we already have it. It’s here. Due to overwhelming demand (about 6x more names than last sticker giveaway!) I had to disable the signup form and will start packing these guys up and shipping them out early. I need to make sure everyone gets enough so unfortunately I will need to prioritize US shipments for now. Less ownership is being pushed in exchange for controlled access. The irony of owning $nothing and being happy is too good to pass up. $Retire - The reason we all got into crypto. To Retire our bloodline, which is actually trademarked and owned by us! Goal is to replace 401(k)s retire early and have the freedom to do whatever we want, whenever we want! I personally believe each coin is a billion dollar narrative , will they get there?.. thats up for the market to decide but I choose to believe. FOREVER A BELIEVER.

The company that bought the site was later shut down by the FTC, their assets (including our site) were seized and we begged them to return the site so much that had to put it in official documentation on the government website lol

Remembering that time our popular site secretly got bought out to remove negative search results and it eventually ended up in the hands of the FTC lmao (the still own it today afaik)

Might have some new eyes on us today so thought I would drop a quick refresher on $Buttcoin, myself, and the origins of the first crypto meme from 2011. - Started in 2011 by myself, Barry Oners. Yes, I am original guy that’s devving this token. - The first “memecoin” before memecoins, two years before Dogecoin was born. - Buttcoin is a direct play on Bitcoin. I set up the Twitter, the Subreddit and our original site Buttcoin.org in May/June 2011 - Started as a satire of the early crypto days, a humorous take on the whole scene. - As we shone the spotlight we had a lot of early interactions with many in the crypto space like Vitalik, cobie and others who embraced us. - At one point Satoshi’s account for the Bitcoin project was hacked and the name changed to Buttcoin. This shows the mindshare we had in the early days. - Our blog also did some investigative articles on shady players back in the day which led to us being secretly purchased by a company called Butterfly Labs. - BFL was shut down by the FTC who seized all their assets, including the original Buttcoin website. Our name is in a federal database! - We relaunched the blog on a new site, ButtcoinFoundation.org and got more active on X and Reddit. - Over the years many tokens have been launched using my name and logo but I’ve never endorsed any of them. As a result most ended up being run poorly or were outright scams. - In January 2026 I decided that I had to take matters into my own hands, link up with a good crew and launch an actual $Buttcoin token to celebrate the history and lore of not just myself but of crypto as a whole. Buttcoin isn’t a coin about butts, it’s a coin about the entire history of crypto and the communities within. 15 years in the making.
