@miragemunny This is right. “Having IP” means you own the content you produce. Copyright and trademark rights are just a legal backing to enforce IP infringement. Great tool to have with things like DMCA enforcement, but not necessarily required.

guys when i say “IP,” that doesn’t necessarily refer to a document that states ownership of an intellectual property i am primarily referring to native, original concepts & ideas not based on something external — the creator automatically “owns” the IP; no papers are needed

@saint_smile_XX No problem! There’s been a couple launches using my name and logo but this is the first one that’s had my endorsement and full backing. And yes, trademark applications take a few months to fully process. I worked with the lawyer to make sure everything moves smoothly.
