When I called back, I was told I shouldn’t have been told that and the refunds are “with accounting”. Was also told that reservations isn’t allowed to contact accounting. @CarnivalCruise

@airfrance Thank you for responding. This is not necessarily what we need - we understand the delivery process has been initiated, it has been 10 hours since delivery was initiated and no one can locate the driver OR bag, and no one is taking responsibility or helping my client

@airfrance GroundForce told him that the bag left El Prat Airport at 4pm local time and by 12am, it still hadn’t been delivered. They could not provide him with an update or the whereabouts of the driver. Weird right?
