The BVI Bar Association welcomes the news that the Judicial and Legal Services Commission has appointed Ms. Heather Felix-Evans to act as High Court Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. Ms Felix-Evans will serve in the Virgin Islands from 27th Oct to 22nd Dec 2024.

The BVIBA proudly congratulates Dame Justice Janice Pereira DBE on her historic appointment to His Majesty’s Privy Council—the first Virgin Islander to achieve this honor. Her decades of service have been pivotal in establishing the BVI as a global legal and financial hub.
