Today some of us had a walk to our local Burscough library. After a fun, interactive story and some activities, we each chose a book to enjoy at home. The rest of the class are looking forward to visiting next week! #bvpsEnglish

We have been looking at landscapes in art and used the artists Hannah Rae and Alice Kettle for inspiration. We used their technique of painting and sewing on fabric. #bvpsyear3 #bvpsart

We have been working on our DT project looking at the nets of structures using a computer programme. We designed this and constructed a shape to hold a chocolate gift! #bvpsyear3 #bvpsdt

We have been using our investigative skills to dissect flowers. We had to find and name the various parts. #bvpsscience #bvpsyear3

In maths we have been learning about angles, parallel & perpendicular lines. We had fun demonstrating this knowledge with our bodies. #bvpsyear3 #bvpsmaths
