Exactly one year ago: -spent 5k moving from Charlotte, NC to FL only to be screwed over by who I thought was my best friend and chased out of the house under the near threat of violence all because he met a girl and wanted to move her in.. -went on what I thought was an awesome business trip for a highly anticipated game with my at the time boyfriend only to find out he only wanted me there because he couldn’t financially afford it. Then got broken up with over text after half a year when he finally got paid by that game company and didn’t “need” me anymore 💀 -spent 10 days in my parents house binge watching naked & afraid out of depression before heading back to FL to figure it out. Fast forward to Now: -spent the last year in a much better place in FL surrounded by friends exploring state parks, paddle boarding, and making priceless memories. -the ex ruined his entire streaming career while I am now partnered with the game that hosted the business trip. I’m Top 70 in the world for my class in the game, and they’ve commissioned me for multiple ads while also giving me tons of exclusive opportunities. - I’m following my long term dream of moving into a van full time and exploring the world (I’ve been to 36 countries but not 36 states! Time to change that!) I’ve already got my dream van and I’m finishing out updating it for full time living! - I’m now GOING on that TV show that pulled me through my wallowing depression. the world has a crazy way of balancing out..what I’m trying to say is, today might not seem like a great day but they are ahead of you. You just have to keep going 🙌🏽
