Big news! BWXT has completed its acquisition of Precision Components Group, an important step in expanding our U.S. manufacturing capabilities and strengthening the domestic nuclear supply chain. This acquisition expands BWXT’s U.S. manufacturing footprint by adding more than 500,000 square feet of heavy-manufacturing capacity, along with 450 skilled employees in Pennsylvania and New Jersey that bring decades of experience supporting critical projects, to our Commercial Operations team. Project Pele is advancing deeper into the engineered build sequence as our team continues progressing through the core‑stacking phase. The Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis is currently under review with the U.S. Department of Energy, and component manufacturing continues across our facilities in Barberton, Euclid and the BWXT Innovation Campus. These coordinated efforts move us closer to delivering the Pele reactor and fully integrated power plant.
