For reentry workers trying to get back on their feet, being able to work overtime and night shifts is essential. These workers need Albany to give them access to quality employment, not uphold barriers.

#FactCheck: Workers on parole in New York State can be sent back to prison for failing to maintain employment—even if the reason for not maintaining that employment is because they’re on strike, or protesting dangerous working conditions.
That's resentencing, not real reentry.
