BYC Ventures continues contributing to the modernization of financial infrastructure. Through a memorandum with the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation, we are bringing digital ledger infrastructure into housing finance to strengthen data integrity and auditability.

Integrity Chain is now live, supporting clearer review and accountability in public infrastructure processes. This milestone reflects months of coordination across teams. Engineers, partners, and public servants worked together to move the system from design into deployment. We acknowledge the leadership of the Department of Public Works and Highways under Secretary Vince Dizon, with the support of Undersecretary Nick Conti, whose collaboration helped bring this platform into operation. For Filipinos, this means public infrastructure processes that are easier to examine and easier to hold accountable, with systems built for public use and review.
