What a week in Atlanta with @TEAMELITENATION. Foot off the gas? Never. Foot off their necks? Never. The work speaks to the power. Are you listening? #ThePowerOfX

And from a mental standpoint, there’s no such thing as quick fixes so you are highly unlikely to actually benefit from such a program.
And when all you do is these quick fix programs, you never built a real understanding of the amount of consistent work that is required over a long period of time to become great.

6 week “speed” or “velo” programs are a waste and here why.
Adding velocity either requires a progression and strength and power output or a progression in mechanical efficiency of the swing
Both require a measurable improvement of some type of strength
Six weeks generally isn’t enough time to adapt long-term to a new stimulus
