I don't know what else to do to prevent getting banned

PSA: My GBVSR account had been hijacked by someone in an attempt to get me banned for ranked manipulation by boosting my Sandalphon to GM via playing against an AFK Gran bot every 1-2 mins (Jan 15-17). I did NOT play those games. PLS help #GBVSR @gbvs_official @ArcSystemWorksU

I only noticed on the 17th thanks to Cals stream and have tried to contact Cygames support but they could not help me. My Steam account and PC have not been compromised based on login history (date/time and known devices). Whoever did this was also playing while I was asleep.
