Hamas still has roughly the same number of fighters as before October 7th, they’re still armed, and most of their tunnel network is intact. It’s the same story in Lebanon. Israel launched a full scale war against Hezbollah and has made almost no meaningful progress, while getting annihilated by FPV drone attacks. These are militia groups (25,000 to 50,000 fighters each) that have a small fraction of the capabilities the IDF has, operating with mostly homemade weapons. The idea that Israel is being “constrained” is ridiculous and laughable. They’ve committed endless atrocities and war crimes over the past few years.

Despite my repeated insistence on buying him a new jacket, he would always make do with what he already had. When he found out, he made me swear by Allah not to buy it, saying he would get a jacket soon himself, and told me: “Consider that your gift to me.” The next day, he came home late at night quietly so I would not see what he had brought. "هذا الرجل تسبّب في قتل نصف الشعب الليبي أثناء الحرب الليبية ضد الاحتلال الإيطالي! هذا الرجل (عمر المختار) لم يأخذ رأي الدول العربية والإسلامية في مقاومة الاحتلال! هذا الرجل رفض كل محاولات السلام مع الجيش الإيطالي. هذا الرجل تسبّب في مقتل قرابة 750 ألف، هم نصف عدد السكان وقتها مقابل 1400 فقط من العدو! هذا الرجل لم يصبر حتى يكون أقوى من إيطاليا بالسلاح والعتاد ليستطيع مواجهة الاحتلال! هذا الرجل تسبّب في دمار بلاده؛ لأنه كان يحارب الطائرات والدبابات الإيطالية بالقتال على الأحصنة وبالبنادق العادية! هذا الرجل تسبب في تهجير قسري لأكثر من 100 ألف أغلبهم من النساء والأطفال! هذا الرجل تسبب في ضياع مئات الآلاف من الأفدنة الزراعية لصالح العدو الإيطالي إضافة إلى هدم مئات القرى ونفوق ملايين الماشية، غير أعداد أخرى صادرها الاحتلال لصالح إطعام جنوده. هذا الرجل لم يراعِ المصلحة والمفسدة!" هذا المكتوب أعلاه كان سيقوله حزب تحريم قتال الصهاينة لو كان لهم وجود بين عام 1911م إلى عام 1943م. حزب تأجيل القتال وتجنبه بأي ثمن خوفًا على الإنجازات وأمثاله؛ هو حزب لسانه حلو ويتحدث بالعلم والآية والحديث، لكنه سُم في العسل. هذا الفكر العقيم يعلمك الآية والحديث، لكنه يفشل بهوى النفس فيحرفّها إلى ما يرضي هواه وقد أثبتت لكم الأحداث الأخيرة وقبلها صدق ما نقول. هذا الفِكر هو أسلوب المرجفين المعاصرين في علاج مشاكل الأمة المُعقَدة. والحمد لله أن البطل عمر المختار لم يسمع لكلام دعاة الاستسلام واللعب بالسياسة والمفاوضات مع المحتل لوطنه. لكنه سلك الطريق الوحيد الذي يفهمه العدو والذي أوصاه به دينه وهو (وَأَعِدُّوُا لَهُمْ مَّا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِّنْ قُوَّةٍ) وليس "ما يكفي للتغلب عليهم" وفهم قوله تعالى: (وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ) ويتعود أبناؤكم مصاحبتهم ويعتقدون أنهم أصدقاء ويوالونهم.. لأنه فهم قوله تعالى (وَلَا تَهِنُوا فِي ابْتِغَاءِ الْقَوْمِ ۖ إِن تَكُونُوا تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمُونَ ۖ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَرْجُونَ) ولم يقل إن العدو قادر على تدمير بلادي، ولا يجوز لي أن أقاتله وإن كان الثمن غاليًا وفادحًا، لكنكم ترون ليبيا اليوم بفضل الله، ثم فهم هذا الرجل ورفاقه سنن الله في كونه وسنن نبيه ﷺ وصحابته من بعده، كانت النتيجة أن ليبيا بلد إسلامي لا بلد إيطالي. رحم الله عمر المختار وأبطال المقاومة في غزة وكل مكان.. طه عبد العظيم
