@GabbyG77 @ana_m_q ... With some, I stay in touch via phone. Some text. Some face-to-face. Some use WhatsApp only. Some Signal. Different channels for different friendships. That's always been the case for me, so I don't see this as any different, tbh.

@GabbyG77 @ana_m_q It's change, like everything in life. People come and go, and they've done the same here. You keep in touch with the people that matter. And make new friends too. I never saw this as a bubble. So yes, different places for different people. Not all my friends are in one place....

I'm thinking of disappearing here for good, especially if it gets X'd. If anyone wants to stay in touch, join me on #Spoutible. Same username. Much friendlier over there, less stressful. Kind of like things were here a long time ago, when I joined.

@ana_m_q Yes, when we all joined, this was the only place of its kind (more or less), now there are several options. I guess we will have to get used to being on more than one platform.

@BabalooBlue I'll keep in here but I'm considering creating an account in Spoutible, since you are there. My problem is that many people I follow choose different social media platforms.

@lemurlink35 Yes, it's the only reason I'm still here - the friends I've made and people I can't find/follow anywhere else. I would've packed my bags a while ago otherwise.

@lemurlink35 I have an Insta account, but I'm not really using it anymore. I have a Mastodon account, but not using it, too complicated. I am still on Facebook because I volunteer for a rescue who uses it as their main account, so I have no choice. :D
