The news of an RTC driver attempting suicide in front of the Narsampet bus stand in Warangal district, amidst the ongoing RTC strike, is deeply distressing. It is heartbreaking that the driver, *Shankar Goud*, resorted to setting himself on fire with petrol, out of mental agony over the government's negligence toward their demands. Fortunately, his colleagues intervened quickly, doused the flames, and shifted him to the hospital, which provides some relief. Key Points of the Statement: Valuing Life: Suicide attempts are never a solution to problems. Life is incredibly precious. A Call for Unity: I appeal to all workers and employees not to take such extreme steps. Instead, stand brave and fight unitedly. As the saying goes, "You have nothing to lose but your chains." Demand to the Government: We demand that the government immediately take the legitimate demands of the RTC workers into consideration and provide a resolution.
