@Bonivalo I think it's more about the IT side of it because it's difficult to implement emojis in a way that you can copy them into the chatbox and for them to render properly. There are lots of different emoji libraries so that's also another difficulty with chosinf which emojis to show.

ive always given riot the benefit of the doubt, but this is just stupid. we just got the best update that valorant has had in a long time and now were removing it nice.
