Interesting convo with Child 1 this morning. He's 24, just got his 1st job (don't ask!) he's on £12.71ph, myself, mid 50's, 36yrs of working life and experience, work in a school and I'm on £13.47ph. My pay reflects nothing for age and experience 😒😔
