@AmericanAir when you sit on the tarmac for 5 hrs and they don’t offer any drinks or snacks. Then when you finally take off you sit for another 50 minutes and miss your connecting flight by ten minutes. Then you get put on a new flight and the pilot is over 2hrs late!
