@Babyganics @dude_fm Is the company doing anything to resolve what seems to be a clear deterioration in the pump for the foaming shampoo for babies? Our recurrent issue seems to be a prevalent theme in all the recent 1 star ratings for the product. We’ve discontinued our standing order after years.

@Babyganics I love your foaming shampoo and body wash product. BUT…. The last 4 I bought the pump mechanism stopped working and makes the product basically useless as there’s no way to get the soap/foam out. These are $10 a pop and so frustrating when mid bath stops working!

@Babyganics what happens if you mix up the dish and body soap bottles (they should have diff color tops to them!!). I washed my newborn w the dish soap by accident
