Hard to ignore the parallels for @EclipseTBP as they bring the Derby runner-up into the Preakness, which calls to mind Dogwood Stable (which later merged with Eclipse) and their winning bid with Summer Squall in the 1990 renewal. A memorable ride to upset Derby winner Unbridled.

I remember setting chairs for him and MaryAnn out side Marsh Marigolds stall after she got hung on starting gate. Several hours later she was able to stretch out to pee. Only after that would Gerry go home.
