Smartphones are built to be always-on machines and run layers of complex hardware and software. The exact opposite of the minimal, isolated design you want for secure long-term storage.

Yeah, im aware of those who will shill directly often before they start, because I do look at accounts that follow me.
I also try to look at accounts that are shilling false information to the community as much as I can.
A lot of them dont even know theyre being lied to or fed a false narrative themselves, until they do. Hopefully, they self-correct, or they prove who they are.

Let’s not forget: the @DogecoinFdn has gone after other Dogecoin developers in the past too. Whenever they feel cornered, they try to paint them as the bad guys.

That’s why I like the pull cables can stay in one spot and do so
many different attachments with it with comfortable weight you can pick from but I do mostly cardio recently now that I can stay on stair master for a good amount of time now this morning had this guy come to the one next to me when others were open can tell he thought he was going last longer then me he lasted 40mins holding on as I kept going with my hands on my head for the full 60 felt good seeing him give up and walk away 😝

I see the process but it’s still hard to believe. I know it will fluctuate back and forth over 200, but right now I can’t remember the last time I ever saw under 200s. I had to be in elementary school, because in middle school I was going from 220–250, and my biggest I had to be pushing 500 if not more. But my official weigh-in before starting this journey was at 485. Crazy to think — going from not caring to live anymore to starting to enjoy life of what’s left of it. Wish I started sooner. Now it feels like a hurry to try to make up for lost time.
