We are thrilled to announce that Trends Points (TPS) is going live! TPS is a core credential that marks a community member’s engagement footprint within the Trends ecosystem. We will be distributing TPS via collaboration with pivotal ecosystem partners and via events run natively on Trends. TPS Season 1 is proudly powered by @KaitoAI and is in partnership with @Backpack and @Sidekick_Labs. TPS Season 1 starts on August 5 2 PM UTC and ends at August 22 2 PM UTC. For the @KaitoAI community 1️⃣ During the whole campaign, any sKAITO holder who has trended (i.e., tokenized) at least one post on Trends and has connected his / her X account on Trends will receive a fixed amount of TPS. 2️⃣ The qualified trended posts by the top 250 yappers in every 24-hour period will get a 20 % boost to TPS on the same day (snapshot taken at 2 PM UTC). 3️⃣ The qualified trended posts by the top 500 yappers in the past 30 days (counting backward from the last day of TPS Season 1; snapshot taken at 2 PM UTC) will get a 20 % boost to their total TPS at the end of TPS Season 1. 4️⃣ For any future similar TPS campaign that’s powered by Kaito, 20 % of the total points in each campaign (including TPS Season 1) will be reserved for gKAITO holders. For the @Backpack community 1️⃣ Between August 5 (2 PM UTC) and August 11 (2 PM UTC), any post that contains the keyword “backpack” and gets trended on Trends will be eligible for TPS. 2️⃣ There is no constraint on the subject matter you talk about; it can be anything related to Backpack Wallet, Backpack Exchange, or Backpack Points. We’d particularly like to see your brainstorm on the collaboration you’d like to see between Backpack and Trends! 3️⃣ The TPS rules are not exclusive to each other; i.e., if you’re a Kaito community member participating in the Backpack TPS campaign, the rules for TPS boosts will be applied to the Backpack-related trended post. 4️⃣ Beyond TPS Season 1, Trends is planning other potential strategic partnerships with Backpack - please stay tuned! For the @Sidekick_Labs community 1️⃣ Between August 11 (2 PM UTC) and August 22 (2 PM UTC), we will carry on TPS Season 1 with a special partnership with Sidekick!
