@MKEvent2 No, that is what you do after you backtested theory and conceptual application in hindsight to find your setup. The setups remains hidden until backtesting activates your Reticular Activating System and the setups will jump out of price for you.

"Looking back over all the things I did as a Trader, now that I am profitable, the least important and biggest waste of time was backtesting." There are literally people saying this. Either they are not profitable and didn't backtest or they are unprofitable and didn't backtest. You read it right.
