The replacement headset is in so of course I had to take a picture. But I’m currently in a bad space mentally so I do apologize if there’s not much coming from me for a bit.

So, small update. About two and a half weeks ago, my headset which was relatively new had a faulty lens. Support was fast, sending me the things I need to send it in for a replacement. It's now been over a week since I've heard anything. So.. It's been a process waiting. :/
