There's a reason steel target manufacturers advise minimum safe distances when shooting their targets with various calibers. (Hint: the minimum safe distance for steel targets with 5.56 is farther than 10 feet)

Great day at the range today with my friend @AdamKinzinger. We got to hang out with some union workers while exercising our freedom. Always have your first aid kit handy. Shrapnel can always fly when you hit a target like today, and you’ve got to be ready to go. We had four first aid kits, so we were able to take care of the situation, and I’m glad Ryan is okay and was able to continue reporting.

yes, for about 200 years, it was painfully obvious to everyone that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" actually literally meant "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" that no one was retarded enough to try and contest that meaning until about 20 years ago, causing the supreme court to say yes, idiot, it literally means what it literally says.

@BadWeaponTakes @bazzleboss @GrahamKekule @AchillesDVR @McFaul Always such a good look when, in 2008, you have to get SCOTUS to try to unravel the meaning of an amendment written in 1791.
This thread is not about removing the right to own guns, but about the "enemy within" and who defines them: Trump or the Constitution.

@moodyoldblue @bazzleboss @GrahamKekule @McFaul I guess you “accidentally” missed this one. You keep getting stuck on the whole militia thing without actually knowing what the militia is.

@moodyoldblue @bazzleboss @McFaul Go Google “unorganized militia”. There you go, champ.

the prefatory clause announces a purpose. the operative clause in no way limits the right to that purpose. the amendment says "the Right of the people." it does not say "the right of the militia" or "the right of the people in a militia" or "the right of the people only for the purpose of service in a militia" or any other qualifiers you wish you could add to the right that belongs to the people (the same "people" mentioned in the 1st, 4th, 9th and 10th amendments btw). it literally does not matter who or what the "militia" or whether it is well regulated or not, the right belongs to the people and that right shall not be infringed. i dont know why this very basic concept is so difficult for you retards to understand.

@bazzleboss @GrahamKekule @AchillesDVR @McFaul I used carrying guns into McDonalds as example of what is NOT a typical part of a "well-regulated militia", unless you are on patrol and need to stop for refreshments. But then you are hardly well-regulated if you are that unprepared.
