i feel like a “filler person” like i’m there but nothing ab me is important whatsoever. in a group i find no reason for me to be there idk how to talk without seeming annoying i feel like if just disappeared no one would even notice. i feel so disposable & replaceable & temporary

“communication is key” but no one talks about how scary real communication is. it’s not cute texts and long calls. it’s “here’s where you hurt me here’s what I need here’s what I’m afraid to say” it’s swallowing pride risking rejection, choosing honesty over comfort.
