@HukAleksandra @AntSpeaks I had my company account frozen by Revolut for over a week for funds coming into it from regulated trading platforms! They gave no timeline to resolve, had to give no explanation afterwards! Avoid if you want to be treated like a customer not a prisoner

Once I gave the bank notice. Scheduled a time and day. Showed my passport. They STILL almost refused my withdrawal The bank guy goes: “I’m not comfortable giving you the money” like wtf, it’s MY money 😭💀

@DH8781673637347 @revolutsupport @RevolutApp I barely used crypto. All i did was small 10-20 pounds transaction (maybe 5 in space of a year). Im just waiting to get my money back and close account with this frauds. Real bank would never do that

@RevolutApp @revolutsupport absolute disgusting. You’ve frozen my account left myself and young family with no funds without ability to buy food. It’s the end of the month and like most rely on being paid but instead return my salary causing all sorts of distress and problems

@DH8781673637347 @revolutsupport Im waiting 17 days now. No clear explanation or timeframe. I raised formal complaint to @RevolutApp and surprisingly… no joy. I landed my FOS complaint. Hopefully this will speed this up. I dont want to paint a dark scenarios but i wouldn’t count on quick resolution here…

@revolutsupport Nearly 24hrs with no ability to buy food or supply for my kids. Salary rejected absolutely disgusting. I asked for you to remove crypto facility from my account and you restrict my account I can’t even pay priority bills you don’t even care about your customers

My Revolut account has now been frozen for over a week with no sign or explanation as to why this is happening. When I contact support and try to get any kind of help I’m just told they are working on it and will be in touch. Time to contact the FCA

@walkermartyn @RevolutApp Sent an official complaint (of course didn’t get any response) and if that wont help ill have to look for help with some outside institutions. Im an everyday @RevolutApp user and honestly got no idea what triggered this account lock. Scary stuff to be honest.

@walkermartyn @RevolutApp Its troubling because I’m currently abroad and just transferred significant amount to revolut. I get little to no information about why this happened. Simply scary. lost all my trust to them. If i were you just close this account and definitely dont keep any serious amount there.

1) I got a fraud report for a P2P transaction I made on Binance. The name on the bank account matched the sender’s name. The transaction was reversed the second it landed. After that, my @RevolutApp account got restricted. I contacted customer support, but got no real response

@AlphaaaLKA @RevolutApp I think its related to £10 crypto payment for some service (i think because i got zero details from @RevolutApp). I contact them every day and i hear same story that they will ask my case to be prioritised. You need to be patient because they got no intention to be quick.
