A guy at my cousin’s office begged HR not to do anything for his birthday because he had severe anxiety and hated being the center of attention. They promised they understood. Lunch break comes and they literally wheel out a cake, balloons, and half the office screaming “SURPRISE.” 😭 He immediately started panicking, knocked over a chair trying to leave, and locked himself in the bathroom. A week later they fired him for being “disruptive in the workplace.” Turns out he had emails proving he warned them multiple times. He sued the company and won.

My daughter found her in the bathroom. Just sitting. My daughter sat down next to her. Didn’t say I’m sorry. Didn’t say anything actually. Just sat on the bathroom floor with her best friend. They sat there for thirty minutes. Teacher found them. Took them to the counselor’s office.

In Japan, children clean their own schools. Every day. After lunch. About twenty minutes. Classrooms. Hallways. Toilets. Not because the schools are too poor to hire someone. Because in 1947, this country decided that cleaning your own space is part of becoming a person. The cleaning rag is on the school supply list. Right next to the pencils. Egypt teaches it now. So does Indonesia. So does Mongolia. Think about the last time you watched a seven-year-old mop a floor without complaining. Japan does that in every elementary school in the country. Not as punishment. As education.

There’s a guy at my gym who talks to everyone , mid-set and headsets on. Doesn’t matter.Most people found him annoying. He wasn’t the strongest guy there. But every day he’d walk around laughing, joking, starting conversations with random people like the gym was his living room. One guy once whispered: “Bro comes here for socializing, not working out.” Then one week… He disappeared. And weirdly, the gym felt empty without him.

The FDA requires no pre-market safety testing for cosmetic fragrance ingredients. Phthalates (endocrine disruptors) are used to make scents last longer on skin. Synthetic musks accumulate in fat tissue and interfere with your cells ability to defend against toxins (literally inhibits the pump that removes foreign chemicals out of cells).
