(2) Second example is so-called "Spiral-Staircase Basket" where cavitand is composed of three different aromatic arms: benzene-naphtalene-anthracene. We made both enantiomers :)

It can be overlooked that biomotors are actually catalysts, but how can catalysis of a reaction lead to work being done? In rdcu.be/cm4Ft @FieldenStephen & Shuntaro open new directions for both catalysis & molecular machine design. Pumped to see this out in @Nature!
