I pay 42% tax every month in Germany but if: 1. I loose my job, the govt pays me 60% of my salary and help to find a new one 2. I have access to 3 years leave if I have a baby with a percentage of my salary and my job will wait for me until I resume. 3. Education is free in govt schools from primary to PhD 4. For every child I have, they get paid €250 monthly until they turn 18 5. I can buy a monthly ticket of €56 monthly and can travel all around the country via train (not high speed) and buses. 6. At any emergency, once you call the ambulance, it arrives within 20 minutes 7. Deffribilators and SOS access are available at every train station and high ways. 8. If I get stock in a country, I call the govt and they come to my support. Let me stop here. You that will pay about 30% tax in Nigeria that was copied 90% from the UK tax law, what will you get?

This comparison is only against the UK pay grade. Imagine when we compare American or Canadian Doctor's salary.

Already using an EMR? Then you know digital records are valuable. But many systems are slow, complicated, and don’t fit how hospitals actually work. Momentum EMR focuses on real workflows, smoother operations, and systems that grow with your facility. Is your EMR helping your team—or slowing them down? Let’s talk.

Yesterday: 20 minutes looking for a patient’s test result. Today: 10 seconds with EMR. No missing files. No delays. Just faster care for patients and less stress for staff. How long does it take to find a patient record in your hospital? Let’s talk.

Road Safety Tips That Can Help Reduce Accidents 🚦 Every day, road accidents claim thousands of lives globally. Many of these accidents are preventable. Here are simple habits that save lives. 1. Avoid speeding. Speed reduces your reaction time and increases the severity of crashes. Even a few seconds gained from speeding is never worth risking lives. 2. Never drive under the influence. Alcohol and drugs impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time. Driving impaired puts you, your passengers, and everyone else on the road in danger. 3. Wear your seatbelt — every time. Seatbelts are one of the most effective safety measures in vehicles. They significantly reduce the risk of serious injury during crashes. 4.Avoid phone use while driving. Texting, calling, or checking notifications distracts your attention from the road. A few seconds of distraction can cause a life-changing accident. 5. Follow traffic signals and road signs. Traffic lights, speed limits, and road signs exist to maintain order and safety on the road. Ignoring them increases accident risk. 6. Maintain a safe following distance. Tailgating reduces the time you have to react if the car in front stops suddenly. A safe rule: keep at least a 2–3 second distance. 7. Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy. Regularly check: – Brakes – Tires – Headlights – Indicators – Mirrors Mechanical failure is a common cause of accidents. 8. Be cautious in bad weather. Rain, fog, and poor visibility increase accident risk. Slow down, turn on headlights, and increase following distance. 9. Watch out for pedestrians and cyclists. Always slow down near crossings, schools, and residential areas. Pedestrians are among the most vulnerable road users. 10. According to the World Health Organization, road traffic injuries are a leading cause of death worldwide. In countries like Nigeria, safer driving habits can significantly reduce preventable crashes. 11. Road safety is everyone’s responsibility. Drivers. Passengers. Pedestrians. Cyclists. A few careful decisions can save lives.

Hospital moments that shouldn’t be normal: “Please bring the patient’s file.” Silence. Side glances. Mild panic. “I’ve been coming here for years.” “Okay… what year exactly?” “Any allergies?” “No.” “Think well.” “Okay… maybe small reaction.” These aren’t just funny hospital stories. They are system gaps. When records are incomplete or hard to find: • Care slows down • Risks increase • Staff get frustrated • Patients lose confidence Good medicine needs good data. And good data needs structure. Is your facility still running on paper or is it time for an EMR? #HealthcareSystems #DigitalHealth #EMR #HealthcareConsulting #PatientSafety

I saw men wearing shirts  and matching to  war! Men swimming in creeks. I saw two flags on each side one had a red, orange and green flag and the other side a flag which had a sword and a curved cresent. I saw bombing across each other. Tell my people to pray for the peace of Nigeria says the Lord!

Many African Americans are still in bondage. It is the bondage of the mind. It's been 161 years and the stronghold spirit of slavery is ruling the majority. Time will not let me talk about the appalling statistics of family, education and crime rates. Roots are important. A man without an identity is a lost man. Tell me why the richest black man in the world is from Nigeria and actually richer than the top two richest in America combined?
