That´s why we need tracking devices (not only for security) to see times on every cobbled sector, from EVERY rider. Not only the ones who put their ride on Strava. Only than you can make an take like this.

What do you think… should Remco go to the Giro next season? Yes or No? 🩷 In my opinion, if Giro drops a lot of time trial kilometres then he should definitely go to the Giro d’Italia instead of the Tour (at least for GC). I just don’t see what influence can make on his career one more Tour de France ITT stage win plus another podium at best. Plus this year’s route with so low amount of ITT kilometres absolutely does not suit him. But mainly, I believe it would be much better for him to have at least the potential vision of winning a Grand Tour. At the Tour, it would probably be the same as what he experienced this autumn with Pogačar, he’d just end up losing his back wheel. But at the Giro even if Vingegaard goes, he can get some time against him and maybe he can even defend it in the mountains. At least there is a small chance which I don’t see at the Tour.

@thijszonneveld Ja idd, dit is echt de eerste keer dat die renner mij charmeert...eindelijk neemt hij eens initiatief...mooi...dat belooft .Hij lijkt mij ook meer ontspannen dan vorige jaren.

Meest verrassende is wat mij betreft hoe goed, fel en explosief Vingegaard was. Die zit anders in zijn vel dan in maart.

Carapaz was ABSOLUTELY CORRECT to not pull (he even pulled on Finestre too much). At the end of the day, Richie is a Giro winner and Isaac is not. 🤷‍♂️ #GirodItalia

@superboekhouder @alexandradarch 3, 5 miljard euro per jaar brengt het de staat op...is dus wel degelijk een opbrengst ...80 procent van de prijs voor tabak of sigaretten gaat naar de staat...als niemand meer rookt zullen we dit dus op een andere manier moeten betalen

@alexandradarch Er bestaat zeker zoiets als de lafferrecurve, maar de anti-tabaksmaatregelen die werden genomen hebben nu echt wel de bedoeling om roken te ontraden en dus niet meer als een opbrengstenpost te zien.

Ik wil roken niet promoten, maar ze hebben de sigarettenpakjes in België zo duur gemaakt dat ik nog weinig Belgische pakken op café zie. Iedereen koopt ze gewoon in het buitenland. Er bestaat iets als de laffercurve… vraag mij af wat de impact is op de accijnskas.
