If Sixth Street is paid out, only thing left is Class 9 shareholder to get paid! Trying to Connect the dots with the dockets and information I have so far. 👉All the major settlement for frauds from JPM, Former @BedBathBeyond Execs, Shipping companies have been settled. (The settlement price have not out yet to public) 👉Only thing we are waiting is HBC Settlement which is possibly coming out in June and Trigger Third Party Release = RC. 👉Also $GME acqusition target, Ebay's 444M Shareoutstanding is same as new BBBY shares (Exercised preferred shares from HBC) 👉 $BBBYQ Billion$ NOL is preserved from the recent IRS report and RC is looking to use NOL for tax reduction when acquiring EBAY. Finally, If we are looking at similar timeline as HERTZ Chapter 11 Exit Timeline, we could find out the announcement by June for the Official $BBBYQ Chapter 11 Exit after 3 years waiting time!
