No one seems to value Arab identity more than a Berberist. In their effort to strip others of their Arabness, they end up giving it extraordinary importance. Is being Arab such an honor that it requires endless proof to justify? No one has ever asked you to prove you are Berber; perhaps because, in your eyes, that identity does not carry the same prestige.
