Today was my first select softball practice back, and it honestly felt so good to be out there again. I got to do some fielding and hitting, even though I’m still only cleared for certain things. Just being able to move and be part of it meant a lot. It’s been a long process getting back, so moments like this remind me why I love the game so much. I am really thankful to @AMNTX18u for letting me come out and practice. It means more than I can explain. It’s tough seeing the season end, especially when you weren’t able to be out there playing, but that doesn’t take away from how much heart you have for your team. I’m so proud of each and every one of the girls and everything they put into this season, and I’m grateful for our coach too. This year may be over, but it’s just building us for what’s next. next season we’ll come back stronger, more prepared, and ready for anything. Let’s go Lady Cats!

Saturday I got to pitch, and it felt really good to be out there competing. On Sunday I worked with my littles, and they all did amazing I was so proud of how much they’ve improved. Then Monday started off with a really great PT session, and after that I had an awesome pitching lesson that made the whole day even better.

@zellasitzes @Athlyze_Edits I tore my ACL and Meniscus on August 8th and had surgery September 17th, so I know your pain. Recovery is tough but it has made me both mentally and physically stronger! Keep your head up! It's ok to take a breather, but always keep fighting!

I am so sad to say I unfortunately tore my acl in my fourth game of my sophomore season. Surgery was Friday. I know this is a huge set back but my focus is entirely on my recovery and getting back to the pitch even stronger! My trust is in Gods plan 🙏❤️‍🩹

I went to watch two of my littles play their games, and they both did so good. It made me really happy seeing how much they’ve improved and how confident they looked out there. You can tell all their hard work is paying off, and I’m honestly so proud of them. Moments like that remind me why I love helping and being there for them.
