Through @cdemacu mobile storage units, @WFP Caribbean has deployed a truck and forklift to support the overall response in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The CDEMA and WFP equipment will facilitate the movement, storage, and distribution of relief items.

Funny you should ask - @calpnetwork is thinking the same thing. Why it took so long seems like the easy part (not an attractive model for a mandate- and sector-based system). Other (less important) cash folk history head-scratchers: why has cash been driven by (almost all) women?

We interviewed Yemenis who receive our cash assistance. Most use it to buy food, pay rent or access health services. But it is not enough to really improve their life. Still, this is their preferred way of being assisted. More ▶️ data2.unhcr.org/en/documents/d…
