Context of the clip: I was "Harassing" Altare to give me attention and being I was being obsessive. He was running around and wanted to be left alone so they filed a "Rizz-training" order on me and I called myself a "Rex offender" because I was aware of the "Workplace harassment" that I was doing to him. Was it a bad joke? Yes and I apologize. This is my way of taking accountability for it from what I said 2 years ago.
