The Black Ops and Black Ops 2 ports on PS4 and PS5 feature cross play between the two platforms And, Season Pass owners can matchmake with those who don't own the Season Pass

@Bakedbeann_ @The_One_Boom That’s what I’m thinking is that it’s more of a placebo. Either way the ps5 version is more than playable for me but I mean I’ll download the ps4 version again and see but idk man maybe I just got used to it really fast haha

That "performance" setting on the PS5 does nothing. It just selects a performance mode if one is available and the BO ports do not have one. That being said... The PS4 version did feel better in regards to connection quality.

@MMA9279 @jxffr0 There isn’t, it was tested and shown to not work yesterday. You can only ‘crossplay’ if you run the PS4 app on a PS5.

this desperately needs to be fixed or this shit is gonna die faster than it's already gonna, can't get a 6v6 finished through, can't find lobbies, lobbies don't refill. fix the servers and make them crossplay

PSA ‼️If you're purchasing the BO2 Ports PLEASE buy the PS4 Version on the PS5 so it is technically CROSS-PLATFORM. You'll be able to play with PS4 Players on the PS5!

@agd556677 @Darkly_Absorbed @DMND3D Im not entirely sure if solo players have their own split pools like the reporting suggests, I assume so. Meaning ps5 players get put into ps4 pool when joining friends on the other version. Or some people are claiming they are just the same servers idk.
